School Uniform

Our school uniform is a black sweatshirt with the Hawthorn Academy logo (available to order from My Clothing), a white polo shirt (with or without logo, also available from My Clothing), grey trousers or skirt, and plain black shoes. PE shirts are black with the Hawthorn Academy logo, also available from My Clothing. Shorts or jogging bottoms are required for PE, in either black or navy.

Plain items can also be purchased from supermarkets such as ASDA or Tesco. We hope pupils feel proud of their uniform and enjoy wearing it; however, we recognise that some may prefer alternative clothing, which is perfectly acceptable. We simply ask that all students wear clothes that are suitable for school, warm enough during colder months, and not overly revealing in warmer weather. Where alternatives are chosen, we ask that colours are kept to black or navy.

If you have Hawthorn Academy branded items of clothing that your child has outgrown or no longer needs, please consider donating them to the school office so they can be shared with other students.
